Our cause is to educate the community through seminars and hands-on theoretical workshops that address the critical issues of domestic violence, stress management, parenting skills and healthy lifestyle.
We are dedicated to providing multidisciplinary programs and services that exercise high standards of ethics, along with best practices in management.

LALF foundation
LALF Love, Joy, & Light Foundation is a non-profit organization that is run by its founder Mariluz Bermúdez, with the aim of educating the community.
LALF offers innovative workshops and seminars designed to strengthen families and community in general, promoting human development through stress management courses and enhanced parenting skills, while emphasizing the importance of nutrition and exercise.
Our ultimate goal is to reduce the incidence of domestic violence by providing the tools to improve family relationships.
The organization’s projects are implemented by a professional and well-trained staff, which promotes individual empowerment, family well-being, self-esteem reconstruction and inspires a healthy lifestyle.
